Housekeeper and Janitors
OrlFast paced production operation in Scott, Louisiana looking for a detail oriented individual to maintain industrial plant.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Service, clean, or supply restrooms, break areas, offices, and plant grounds.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs
- Cleaning of drainage screens.
- Must be able to handle pressure washers, floor scrubbers and weed eater.
- Must be able to operate a manlift for blowouts. So be able to be in the air.
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Sunday IS required.
Overnight Shift Sun- Thurs. 5 pm until
Day Shift Mon.- Fri. 4 am until
Alternating Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
