How this job will fit your life:
- Hours – 7am to 3:30pm
- Days – Monday through Friday
- Pay – TBD
What you can expect each day:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, welding, and finishing operations
- Identify deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements
- Design and developing prototypes
- Work with the quality team to develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for new products and processes
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Prepare documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve issues related to sheet metal fabrication processes

Education & Experience:
- Engineering degree preferred
- 2 years of experience required
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
