Policy Recommendation : Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions to meet individual client needs.
Sales Growth : Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and cross-selling techniques.
Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Continuous Education : Stay informed about the latest industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Must have or be willing to obtain an Indiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Conversational Skills : Skilled in engaging with clients and providing friendly and helpful service.
