StageBio is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager to join our team. This position is remote.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare quotes in response to client requests
- May serve as SalesForce CRM Admin
- Communicate with clients to determine scope of work
- Determine approximate project turnaround time based on metrics and input from company experts
- Serve as liaison for clients by determining additional services that may be of value for the project, but not specifically requested
- Electronically send quotes to clients via Salesforce
- Revise pricing as needed when scope of work is communicated
- Follow up with clients as needed
- Coordinate and communicate with staff as needed regarding committed studies, quote revisions for changes in scope of work, and any client-specific requests
- Track and report key performance indicators
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field preferred
- Three years of business development and sales experience is preferred; at least 6 months is required
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of and experience with planning, scheduling, reporting, managing clients, corresponding and answering inquiries in a professional office setting
- Excellent customer service skills and must maintain positive, professional rapport with colleagues, clients, employees, and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
- Ability to establish, maintain trusted professional working relationships both internally and externally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high-level of resourcefulness including persistence and diligence in finding solutions and resolving issues
- Ability to function well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, CRM tools, databases and related software
