A growing team of board-certified Veterinary Pathologists, as well as over 75 laboratory technicians, are employed supporting our unified international commitment to quality, scientific integrity and client satisfaction.

StageBio is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager to join our team. This position is remote.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare quotes in response to client requests
  • May serve as SalesForce CRM Admin
  • Communicate with clients to determine scope of work
  • Determine approximate project turnaround time based on metrics and input from company experts
  • Serve as liaison for clients by determining additional services that may be of value for the project, but not specifically requested
  • Electronically send quotes to clients via Salesforce
  • Revise pricing as needed when scope of work is communicated
  • Follow up with clients as needed
  • Coordinate and communicate with staff as needed regarding committed studies, quote revisions for changes in scope of work, and any client-specific requests
  • Track and report key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field preferred
  • Three years of business development and sales experience is preferred; at least 6 months is required

Required skills & abilities:

  • Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of and experience with planning, scheduling, reporting, managing clients, corresponding and answering inquiries in a professional office setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and must maintain positive, professional rapport with colleagues, clients, employees, and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
  • Ability to establish, maintain trusted professional working relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high-level of resourcefulness including persistence and diligence in finding solutions and resolving issues
  • Ability to function well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, CRM tools, databases and related software
