- Manage and coordinate the Chief Risk & Trade Officer's professional and personal schedules, including complex multi-time-zone calls and global team communication.
- Serve as the Chief Risk & Trade Officer's "gatekeeper" and "gateway," ensuring their schedule is adhered to while creating win-win opportunities for access to their time.
- Oversee all aspects of travel logistics, from booking flights and accommodations to cost optimization and scheduling.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the Chief Risk & Trade Officer and global teams.
- Organize and manage information from the Chief Risk & Trade Officer's inboxes, aligning priorities and handling sensitive, high stakes matters with discretion.
- Assist with financial tasks, including managing expenses, reviewing financial statements, and classifying expenses for the month.
- Develop and lead special projects that impact the organization and align with strategic objectives.
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts in scheduling, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare correspondence, briefings, presentations, and other materials on behalf of the Chief Risk & Trade Officer.
- Utilize AI platforms and office productivity tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
