Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide information about services offered, including dog training, animal care, and veterinary terminology.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments for their pets and follow up on any necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information regarding animal health and care.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal handling, husbandry practices, and the importance of regular veterinary visits.
- Address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support kennel operations as needed, including animal restraint and care during visits.
