Job Description
We are seeking an Enrollment Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Enrollment Services Department at Westside Family Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of the Assistant Manager of Enrollment Services, Community Navigator Supervisor, and Enrollment Specialists
- Collaboration with HR and Associate Director of Enrollment Services for recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Grant management and resource allocation to support outreach and in-reach activities
- Providing assistance to individuals in financial support for health care services through the Health Insurance Marketplace
- Maintaining expert-level knowledge of state and federal programs and relaying that information to staff
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience working in healthcare, community relations, or health insurance
- Two or more years of experience providing application and enrollment assistance for state and federal healthcare programs
- Experience managing employees in remote locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel independently between work locations
