YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CREW LEADER
Your workday starts early, with the sun rising over the Rockies as you and your crew gear up for the day ahead. From maintaining pristine lawns and enhancing landscapes to tackling snow removal when the seasons shift, every job is an opportunity to showcase your skill. You efficiently manage your team, ensuring each project is completed with precision and professionalism. Safety is always your top priority, and you take pride in keeping your workspace organized and your equipment in top condition. Customers trust you to bring their outdoor spaces to life, and you love exceeding their expectations.
As our Crew Leader, you will work from 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM, depending on operational needs. We offer on-call and overtime opportunities, and the occasional weekend may be required, especially during peak seasons or weather-related demands.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- 1 years of landscape experience
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
