Assistant Administrator - Westside Habilitation Center
Westside Habilitation Center, established in 1983, seeks a highly qualified Assistant Administrator to support operations at our ICF/DD facility. This role is crucial in overseeing compliance, staff management, and program development to ensure quality services for residents with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Development and Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of programs tailored to the needs of ICF/DD residents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
· Supervisory Leadership: Manage and mentor department heads, ensuring staff accountability and professional growth.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulations governing ICF/DD facilities, conducting periodic reviews and audits.
· Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, financial planning, and implementing best practices to maintain facility excellence.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster relationships with families and staff to enhance resident care and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Licensure: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the ICF/DD field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or administrative role.
· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proficiency in regulatory standards and program planning.
