Observes, maintains, and repairs building, appliances, machinery, and equipment in accordance with specifications, using hand and power tools, precision measuring, testing equipment. Performs routine, scheduled, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility. Participates in renovation programs. May be responsible for all air handling units.
