We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing efforts across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, print advertising, in-store promotions, and referral programs. Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and implement a content calendar for Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging posts, including graphics, videos, and stories.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Run paid social media ads to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Email Marketing
- Create and schedule weekly/monthly email campaigns to engage customers.
- Write compelling email copy and design eye-catching templates.
- Segment email lists for personalized promotions.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and optimize for better results.
3. Print Advertising & In-Store Marketing
- Design and coordinate flyers, posters, banners, and brochures for promotions.
- Work with printing vendors to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
- Implement in-store promotions, such as discounts, seasonal campaigns, and product highlights.
4. Referral Program Management
- Develop and maintain a customer referral program to boost word-of-mouth marketing.
- Promote the program through social media, email, and in-store signage.
- Track performance and provide incentives for successful referrals.
5. General Marketing Support
- Assist with event planning and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.
- Work within a marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Attend events within our industry to raise awareness.
- Mange company website and update on regular bases.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced small business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with loyalty and referral program software.
