Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or services
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle status
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Process payment transactions and handle cash
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Cash handling experience is a plus
