Ideal candidate must be a positive team player possessing the ability to work independently, proficient in basic computer skills, have a neat/clean appearance and the ability to work well with residents, co-workers, supervisors and vendors. This position requires good communication skills both written and verbal. Salary DOE, benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off and 401K.
