We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Westview Care Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of your assigned unit with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Supervise clinical staff, provide guidance and education, and instill a positive facility culture.
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained and adequate staffing levels are met.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit preferred.
- Five (5) years of RN experience required.
