Job Description
As a Treatment Nurse at Westview Healthcare, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering specialized treatment and wound care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating residents' skin and wound conditions.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Administering wound care treatments and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Educating residents and their families on wound care and prevention.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
- Current nursing license (RN or LVN).
- Proven experience in wound care and treatment nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in wound care is a plus.
