West View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PTA to join our team in our beautiful Skilled Nursing Community.
Responsibilities
- The PTA assists the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy treatments as determined by the plan of care.
- Instructs resident , family, and caregivers in PT recommendations.
- Assists with discharge planning.
- Completes billing and documentation timely and accurately for all visits.
- Adheres to guidelines and refers to Physical Therapist for guidance in plan of treatment.
Must be a graduate of APTA accredited PTA school and hold licensure in Rhode Island. Prior experience in SNF preferred.
