Westward Sales seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. The position will begin as a part-time in-office, with the potential to transition into full-time.

What Will You Do?
The Inside Sales Assistant agrees to work with Westward on a variety of inside sales tasks that include, but are not limited to,
- Create Sales Quotes : Generate and manage sales quotes for incoming lead requests using our Sales Order platform.
- Customer Communication : Answer incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and direct inquiries as needed.
- CRM Management : Update quotes, contact details, and sales status in Pipedrive CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and set sales appointments for the Sales Manager, optimizing their schedule for efficiency.

The wage offered depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, experience, and hours per week. Pay also includes a yearly sales bonus based on achieved revenue goals.
