Westward Seafoods, Alyeska Seafoods, and the Northern Victor are currently seeking Seasonal Seafood Processors for their shore-based plants in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, for the B Season commencing in the first week of June 2024. These positions involve processing various seafood species such as Pollock, Crab, Pacific Cod, Halibut, and Sablefish. Employees may be assigned to a range of production tasks including butchering, sorting, filleting, and packaging.
Key requirements for the role include the physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, lift and move up to 50 lbs, work in cold/wet environments for long hours (12 hours per day, 7 days a week), and adhere to strict safety and zero tolerance drug and alcohol policies.
