Summary
For over 130 years, locally owned Westwater Supply has been providing wholesale plumbing, heating and water system products and supplies to customers throughout Ohio. Today, we are growing and looking to hire a full-time Counter Sales Associate who will be based out of our Columbus, Ohio branch. Prior sales experience and plumbing knowledge is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a desire to develop into future sales leaders and managers will also be considered.
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Days: Monday – Friday (no nights or weekend hours required; emergency call rotation)
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Service customers at Westwater Supply’s sales counter as well as over the phone and email
- Process and schedule orders, and manage customer bids and open orders
- Accurately pull orders with RF mobile scanners, label and stage orders for delivery and customer pick-up
- Work in a team atmosphere, and provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Assist in the warehouse when needed

Education Level
High school diploma or equivalent

Good To Have
