Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative at Westwater Supply Corp. in Columbus, OH. The role involves building and managing strong business relationships with customers and vendors, working closely with outside sales and other members of the sales team to service existing and new customers, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, and driving increasing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 years of plumbing, HVAC and building industry related experience
- Proven account management and sales experience with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to follow an established sales process and manage a sales pipeline
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, organized and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Basic Math and Computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Excellent attendance history, punctuality and reliability
- A neat and orderly professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
