What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master our infrastructure—manage, maintain, and fine-tune everything that keeps us running at lightning speed.

• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution support, ensuring our systems are always up and performing at their best.

• Collaborate with a talented, diverse team to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure systems that make our company shine.

• Train and support IT junior staff and end-users in best practices and the use of IT equipment and software.

• Implement and maintain security measures that protect our data and keep us ahead of the game.

• Lead the charge in designing and scaling new infrastructure projects that power our growth.

• Share your knowledge by mentoring junior admins and empowering your teammates to grow.


Required Skills:

• 10 years of system administration experience in a Linux/Unix environment (because we love a good Linux challenge!).

• Expertise in JIRA, Nessus, Splunk, PDQ, WDS, and Tenable, with a demonstrated ability to implement and maintain these tools effectively.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.

• Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python (let’s automate the world!).

• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards using FIPS 199/FIPS 200 and NIST regulations.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to get to the root of any issue.

• Great communication skills—because collaboration is key!


Bonus Points for These Skills:

• Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud-native applications.

• Background in network security—keeping our systems safe is always a top priority.

• Certifications like Security , CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP).

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

• Know your way around databases and web servers? Even better!
