- Westwin Elements is seeking a dependable and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Fundraising Department. This role requires a trustworthy self-starter who can efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle various administrative tasks, including running errands.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize executive schedules, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Provide general administrative support, such as handling correspondence and preparing documents.
- Run errands as needed to support executives and the fundraising team.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy accessibility.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role preferred.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 45,000 USD per year(OKC HQ)
