Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, product management, and performance marketing to effectively promote our Apartment Communities.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with team to create promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for better results.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Utilize HTML skills to update website content and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles and advertising techniques.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and tools.
• Excellent research skills to analyze market data effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
