OBJECTIVE:
Coordinate, sales team, construction team, surveyors, appraisers & lenders efforts toward the on time closing of a new home for our customers.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Sales staff must be proficient with a computer and in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Good verbal and writing skills are required. Math and logic skills are a must. Spanish is desired.
JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

· Engage customers: guide clients through the home buying process
· Plan, administer and supervise contract activities associated with new home purchase.
· Manage escrow: guide clients through escrow, ensuring smooth, on-time closings
· Make it happen: coordinate with lenders, title, escrow agents, inspectors, and appraisers
· Maintain an Accurate Westwind Homes Loan & Deposit Status Report.
· Approve Earnest Money Checklist Files to be counted as a sale for the sales team.
SCOPE:
Daily,
· Participate in Daily Sales Team Huddles.
· Participate in Daily Team Member Coaching Sessions (if needed).
· Home Buyer task follow up/follow through.
· Keep track of & approve files utilizing Westwind Homes CRM & Doc-U-Sign.
· Coordinate closing efforts with tile company & various vendors & contractors.
Weekly,
· Participate in Weekly Sales Meetings.
· Participate in Weekly 1 on 1 sessions w/ Sales Coach. (if needed)
Annual
· Participate in Annual Performance Review.
· Execute annual performance review of Contract Coordinator.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to occasionally lift-up to 15 pounds.
· Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine company needs.
· Must be able to legally drive vehicles in the USA.
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
