Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
You will evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition. You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
