Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and support.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
