Job Description
The RN Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, practice standards, and regulations.
- Foster collaboration with other departments to implement the care delivery model and processes.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee development programs.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
