Bag Room Attendant – Seasonal (April-October)
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time
Location: Westwood Country Club – Rocky River, OH
Westwood Country Club is seeking Bag Room Attendants to join our golf operations team for the 2024 season. This role ensures an outstanding experience for members and guests by maintaining the bag room, golf cart fleet, and driving range while providing excellent service at the first tee, driving range, and 18th green areas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with golf bags and equipment.
- Maintain and stage golf carts, ensuring they are cleaned and ready for play.
- Clean clubs and guest rental sets after use.
- Manage the driving range, including picking and cleaning range balls.
- Ensure proper tee time coordination and assist with rules enforcement.
- Restock divot sand holders and maintain clean towels for players.
- Support club policies and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Requirements:
- Friendly, serviceoriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior golf experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
