HR Manager
Reports to : Director of Human Resources
Position Summary :
The HR Manager oversees HR operations, focusing on payroll administration, compliance, talent flow, onboarding / offboarding, and benefits. Working closely with the HR Director, the HR Manager ensures accurate payroll processing, effective talent management, and adherence to employment laws while fostering employee engagement and a positive work culture. This role provides leadership to the HR Assistant and / or Benefits Coordinator, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Administration :
- Lead payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain and audit time and attendance systems, records, and payroll-related tax filings.
- Generate payroll reports and oversee deductions, compliance, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to streamline payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
