Westwood Country Club is searching for a Pool Snack Bar Manager for the 2025 season! This full-time, seasonal position (May-September) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool snack bar, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate is an organized and energetic leader with strong supervisory experience in food and beverage service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the pool snack bar, ensuring smooth service and member satisfaction.
- Assist with hiring and training Pool Cafe Employees.
- Maintain weekly schedule for all Pool Cafe Employees in 7shifts app.
- Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and uphold service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, beverage service, and club policies.
- Handle member inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain inventory, place orders, and track usage to prevent shortages.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area.
Requirements:
- Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fastpaced environment.
