Job Description:
Westwood Lawn Service is urgently seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Plow Driver for this winter season in Kalamazoo, MI. This position offers competitive pay and flexible hours, with the opportunity to transition into lawn service work in the spring. If you have at least two years of snow plowing experience and are available to work around the clock—including nights—this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow trucks and snow removal equipment to clear residential drives, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Monitor and respond quickly to changing weather conditions for timely snow removal.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or damage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while ensuring efficient snow removal.
- Be available for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of snow plowing experience required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate snow plowing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Availability to work 24/7, including nights and weekends, based on weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail and safety.
