ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for developing and expanding how internal users engage with our new systems, specifically how the group utilizes and maintains CRM as a programmatic feature for Wealth Management. Interact independently and often in a group or with others. This includes internal advisor interviews and building interpersonal relationships within the firm. Supports the efforts to internally build and utilize our CRM including determining the best way to use integrations of our existing processes, workflows, and client communications. This role is designed to find efficiencies and bolster known information about our clients.
This is a collaborative role which requires independent thought, ability to work within a team, ability to synthesize information into the most consumable and recallable format.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Advisor and Client Service interviews to understand a deeply in-depth view of existing clients.
Workflow management
- Develop a framework to review existing workflows
- These will include but are not limited to account opening, account closing, move money, transfers, trading requests, and more
- Work with third-party CRM, and others internally, to build these workflows where applicable and monitor and advise the third party as they build workflows for us within the system
Advisor Team Support
- Support Advisor team initiatives related to client retention, new business initiatives and service enhancement as they arise.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Economics or related discipline
Licenses/Certifications Required
- None
Minimum Specific Experience Required
- 0-2 years of experience in a client service organization
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
