**Position Summary:**
The CNA Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the CNA staff, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising and supporting CNA team members, addressing resident needs, and maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Supervision:** Manage and supervise a team of CNAs, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations.
- **Training:** Provide orientation, training, and ongoing education to CNAs to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- **Care Coordination:** Monitor resident care and assist in developing individualized care plans. Ensure that CNAs provide compassionate and effective care.
- **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- **Communication:** Serve as a liaison between CNAs, nursing staff, residents, and families. Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.

**Qualifications:**
