Procurement Manager – role details
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the supplier network as it relates to the sourcing and purchasing of all system components required.
They will work closely with the New Product Development, Engineering, Materials Management and Manufacturing teams to determine component needs and functionality requirements for new and existing products.

Education & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of related experience
•Demonstrated ability to display strong customer service skills
•Proven strong negotiation skills
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
•Energetic, Resourceful, highly organized with high level attention to detail
•Able to prioritize, manage and balance multiple tasks, in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
•Able to work autonomously within a team environment

Job Description:
- Processing orders and handling order confirmations
- Learning and adhering to organizational procurement policies and procedures
- Oversea purchasing team and their daily activities
- Maintain Supply Chain protocols and Purchase guidelines are followed
- Negotiates prices & contacts with Suppliers to maintain advantageous agreements
- Controls purchasing department budgets and spend
- Manage company procurement budget and seeking cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve Supplier grievances, maintain Supplier account terms and relationship
- Assessing and managing risks associated with procurement activities
