Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture of water devices, electrical and electronics control panels, lights, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary:
Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture of water devices, electrical and electronics control panels, lights, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine daily quality inspections (ie. receiving, first articles, in-process, final)
- Support engineering & manufacturing team with quality related tasks
- Operate CMM and FARO Arm and program simple measurement routines using PC-DMIS
- Maintain quality lab documentation and inspection records
- Manage inspection equipment used in manufacturing and quality lab
- Work with management to ensure inspection equipment calibration is up to date
- Work with manufacturing teams to determine root cause of non-conforming parts
- Perform routine verification of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Maintain 5S methodology in quality lab
- Technical School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years Quality Control experience
- PC-DMIS software experience
- CMM Operation and Programming experience
- Good arithmetic skills and detail oriented skills are required
- Mechanical aptitude
- 1st Article Inspections is preferred
- Working knowledge of measurement instruments
- General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, and sit for extended periods of time
