Host/Hostess Staff
Description
Wet Willie’s staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of Host staff include the following:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Confirm every patron meets the legal drinking age before entering the facility.
- Communicate with upper management concerning any dispute or conflict.
Requirements
All Wet Willie’s staff must meet these minimal job requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
