Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bar Back position include the following:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff
- Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times
- Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff
All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
