Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor the entrance and exit areas to maintain security and assist with customer inquiries.
- Assist in managing store traffic flow, ensuring that customers can move freely throughout the space.
- Provide information about store promotions, products, and services to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance area.
- Handle any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Support other departments as needed during peak times or special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed.
