INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical R&D and Laboratory Equipment.
Please note that this role requires a strong background in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sales.
- Develop, generate, and manage sales activities for multinational accounts as well as small to mid-size customers.
- Execute the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards.
- Maintain and manage customer data bases and reports in CRM systems.
- Plan and forecast sales performance.
- Drive growing sales in expanding markets.
Functional Experience:
This position brings together a broad range of commercial experience with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and laboratory equipment.
A strong network of connections and relationships is also essential for success in this role.
Key Skills:
- Prioritize and plan work activities while efficiently managing time.
- Analyse market trends and competition.
Software Proficiencies:
- Microsoft O365 including Excel, Word, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Manager, SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Pre-existing legal US work status.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Italian/Spanish language skills - an advantage but not required.
