We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Facility Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal operation of our production facilities.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and previous experience in industrial maintenance within a continuous production environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the maintenance team and coordinate their activities to achieve optimal efficiency.
-Implement preventive and scheduled maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
-Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities.
-Support the commissioning and startup of new production lines.
Requirements:
-Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or a related field).
-Previous experience in industrial maintenance within a continuous production environment.
-Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, facility management, and technical systems.
-Experience in managing teams, budgets, and external vendors/contractors.
-Familiarity with CapEx/OpEx management and reporting.
