Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance with nursing policies, procedures and regulations
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
