Seeking an RN Charge Nurse for new Vent Unit. 12-hour shifts available; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Sign on Bonus FT $5000
What You'll Do :
As a Nursing Supervisor on our new ventilator unit, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our long-term ventilator-dependent residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervising and guiding respiratory therapists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for ventilator-dependent residents
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
