Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior management plans tailored to meet the needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create safety plans for at-risk students.
- Provide psychotherapy services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Administer psychological testing to identify learning disabilities or other issues affecting student performance.
- Offer consultation services to school staff regarding behavioral health strategies and interventions.
- Facilitate training sessions for teachers on effective behavior management techniques and mental health awareness.

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.

- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records.
