WeWash Laundry Co. is a pickup and delivery laundry service in the Greater Des Moines Area. Our customers appreciate attention to detail and exceptional care for their items.

Job Descriptions:

• Answer calls, take orders, and understand the various prices and services provided.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Create reports and assign tasks.
• Handle same-day delivery and offsite laundromat orders.
• Follow detailed instructions.
• Organize orders for folders.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills.
• Conduct a thorough quality check and review of each order.
• Assist in folding as necessary.
• Pay attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure accurate sorting and folding of garments.
• Have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads if necessary, and work in a facility without air conditioning.
• Enjoy laundry.

You need strong customer service skills, call handling abilities, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. You will handle every order that is checked out at the end of the day, and the last to leave.

We are hiring for a semi full-time position with the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with optional longer hours and weekends.

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour base on experience and education background
Schedule:

• 7-8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Expected hours: 30-40 per week

INTERVIEW PROCESS: The 1st interview will be held via really video and will last about 15 minutes. The 2nd interview is in-person at WeWash where you are shadowing in person and conduct an in person interview, this is about one hour.
