Job Summary
As a Junior Studio Partner, you’ll work alongside the Studio Partner to run day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver amazing client experiences. Think of this role like owning a business—without the startup cost.
If you're a proven closer, love autonomy, and are obsessed with results, this role is for you. High performers will have a clear path to promotion within 3–6 months.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle (leads, referrals, and memberships).
- Perform whitening services as the lead treatment specialist.
- Turn one-time clients into long-term members.
- Monitor studio metrics and exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Sell treatments, products, and memberships.
- Drive customer acquisition through local outreach and referrals.
Client Experience
- Ensure 5-star visits and resolve issues proactively.
- Educate clients on services and benefits.
Operations
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming studio.
- Track KPIs and operate with a business-owner mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience (especially in DTC or membership-based models).
- Strong closer who works independently and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Highly accountable and adjusts quickly to feedback.
- Comfortable working evenings, Saturdays, and select holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
