About the Role
As a Junior Studio Partner, you’ll be a key driver of studio success. Working closely with the Studio Partner, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, deliver top-tier client experiences, and take charge of sales efforts. This role offers the feel of business ownership—without the upfront investment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Growth
- Own the complete sales cycle—from generating leads to closing memberships
- Sell whitening treatments, products, and recurring memberships
- Actively pursue local outreach and referral strategies to build the client base
Client Experience
- Serve as the lead treatment specialist, delivering whitening services
- Create exceptional, 5-star client experiences during every visit
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and build long-term relationships
Operations & Performance
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-functioning studio environment
- Track studio metrics and exceed performance benchmarks
- Operate with a business-owner mindset, constantly looking for improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer or membership-based roles
- A self-motivated closer who thrives with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to quickly implement feedback
- Willingness to work evenings, Saturdays, and select holidays
