About Team / Role
The Learning Facilitator III is a seasoned, experienced professional, who is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of WEX employees. This role requires a passion for facilitation and coaching, an in-depth understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse learning audience. The Learning Facilitator III has an advanced knowledge of WEX products and services across the various company verticals. They will work with little to no direction from their supervisor and have the autonomy to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. They will work on complex, diverse assignments, acting as an advisor/coach to their peers, serving as an informal leader on the team.
How you'll make an impact
- Facilitate virtual and/or in person training sessions for new hires and current employees, in sales functions across all lines of business
- Develop and implement a dynamic content strategy that will organize content within locations and across systems, to ensure that it is easily accessible to our audiences
- Develop guidelines and templates to ensure consistency
- Participate in the ongoing, pro-active process with global sales business partners and peers to ensure that content is current and accurate
- Build relationships with sales managers to become a trusted partner in the prioritization of training needs across several areas within the organization
- Maintain knowledge of technology and information available to our audiences
- Develop Sales Training and Sales Operations Communications such as: surveys to evaluate sales training effectiveness, and assessments to evaluate knowledge transfer of training programs
- Manage strategic and/or tactically important projects
Experience you'll bring
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ training and facilitation experience in a related industry. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging and effective training sessions across all modalities (virtual, in-person, mixed).
- Demonstrated experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and knowledge management.
- Plays a lead role working with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders to design and develop training materials and programs.
- Advanced knowledge of WEX business, programs, procedures, and systems.
- Experienced with project management, balancing multiple projects and goals with attention to detail and follow through.
- Advanced use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and participant feedback.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of adult learning concepts and methodologies.
- Curiosity - a desire to always wonder “how might we” do things in new ways that scale and meet the learner where they are at.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Salary : $79,000 - $105,000
