What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of intuitive, AI-powered workflows and experiences that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and human-centered design.
- Experiment with AI capabilities, from generative AI to chatbots and predictive models, to identify opportunities for user-centric innovation.
- Translate complex AI functionality into seamless, meaningful user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that showcase innovative AI-driven features while maintaining simplicity and usability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to ensure that AI-enhanced designs align with user needs and ethical standards.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
