Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals requiring specialized therapy. Provide psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy. Communicate clinical findings through written reports and consultations with Mental Health Unit staff. Use electronic medical record systems to document all mental health interactions accurately.Collaboration & SupervisionSupervise services provided by qualified mental health professionals within the facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Consult with facility staff and administrators on mental health strategies and cases.What You'll BringEducation : Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. Licensing : Active Clinical Psychologist license in Illinois. Preferred Experience : Clinical settings, mental health care delivery, and proficiency with EMR systems.
