Wexner Heritage Village is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and oversee the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by managing and mentoring clinical managers, driving continuous improvement, and upholding regulatory compliance and best practices across all care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across the campus.
- Supervise and support clinical managers to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage staffing levels, training, and performance to maintain high standards.
- Oversee compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development among nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a multi-level care setting.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
